Maintaining a positive outlook on life requires no more effort than it takes to go around with a negative attitude.
And that positive approach will bring much more value, meaning and fulfillment to your life.

Staying positively focused requires no special skills or resources or position. All it takes is a choice.

some times i think who i am, i am not at all a philosopher i dont know any thing in philosophy. at the same time i never been treated as a spiritual man, then why i think so? some times i want to go somewhere seclude, and not known by any other, am i want to escape from this world? to where????? can u answer it?

When things in your life seem almost too much to handle, when 24 hours in a day are not enough, remember the mayonnaise jar......and the coffee.

A professor stood before his philosophy class and had some items in
front of him. When the class began, wordlessly he picked up a very large and empty mayonnaise jar and proceeded to fill it with golf balls.
He then asked the students if the jar was full.
