Health Insurance companies have traditionally been offering a Health coverage. That means that if I get admitted to a hospital and stay there for 24 hours then Insurance company pays the bill.

A new concept is being tried by the Insurance companies where the customers can do a Live Chat with a Doctor. This will allow insurance customers to avail more services from the insurance company without having to go to a hospital. The service can be provided to the customers for free or for a minimal price.
