"Ratan Matka Industry" whose president Mr Ratan Khatri was and should still be a common face of the 1st Class enclosure of the Mumbai Mahalaxmi race-track is a case of either a "Rags to Riches and back to Rags" story or either a self advertisement of "Gandhism" simplicity!

PETS BEING ABANDONED ON STREETS AS STRAYS".
A puppy or a kitten looks cute, but ,with age they either turn 'Non-Glamorous" or a "House-hold pest" and hence manny are abandoned by their owners. Its easier maintaining a "Luxury vehicle" or flashy life-style than to maintain a ordinary pet.
Tragically unlike "Stray dogs or cats" most "House-hold pets" never adapt to "Street life" and die a lingering death.
Please, a sincere appeal from an "animal lover", "Think before you either buy or own a pet, their upbringing is equivalent to human care, akin to a child".

Prabhadevi locality adjacent to Vaibhav Apartments has become a haunt of Koels since the last few years, something to be seen and heard to be appreciated in one of Mumbai's densest "CONCRETE JUNGLES". Greenery has still been preserved in Prabhadevi and Shivaji Park localities of Mumbai City, besides , Mumbai's oldest authentic cultivated farmland is situated in Prabhadevi locality, soon to be converted to a "CONCRETE MONOLITH".

Tragic to read the news of the death of "CRIME SNIFFER DOBERMANN,RANA" whose pedigree and authenticity i doubted in my article yesterday after seeing his pathetic photograph on "Mumbai Mirror".
If "Rana" was a human his relatives would have sued me for libel but i also did mention that he was either a "Mongrel" mistaken as a "Dobermann" or he was critically ill and hence didn't look his "BREED TYPE". Would i have made a good lawyer?

The "Times of India's Mumbai Mirror" edition of Wednesday(9/7/2008) has either made a terrible goofup in photographing a stray dog as a sick canine detective dobermann Pinscher named "Rana" or either sickness has made "Rana " resemble a "Pariah" in the photo.
