Has any Industrialist or Entrepreneur ever thought of constructing "PRIVATE PRISONS" akin to the "Corrections Corporation Of America"? Would such a scheme work in India? Private enterprise is the machine of the Indian Economy and it seems "Private Prisons" won't be an entirely American concept in the near future as it does a dual duty of society social service as well as corporate profits.Ultimately, there is money everywhere, even in "CRIME"!
